Wild and fruity. A crisp, fresh white wine cuvée made from the Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus grape varieties paired with a sparkling acidity. These grape varieties not only show the typicality of the region, but are also excellent partners in a cuvée. Spontaneously fermented in large old wood.

The smell shows a great variety of different fruits paired with a nice spiciness. The taste of the WildWildWhite impresses with its fruitiness and an enormous drinking flow, which makes you want more after the first sip.
