Grape variety: Domina and Pinot Noir

A vegan wine that ferments spontaneously in large wooden barrels and stainless steel. The winemaker also works organically and is a certified member of the Naturland organic association. The grapes are harvested by hand and then they are immediately pressed and the juice then ferments in the barrels in a historic cellar.

In terms of taste, the rosé is perfect for balmy summer evenings on the terrace. It captivates in the nose with a fresh fruit and is pleasant and fresh in the mouth. At 10% vol. it is perfect for treating yourself to an extra glass.
