Grape variety: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot.

Selective hand harvest end of March. 50% matured for 12 months in oak barriques.

Beautiful Cabernet/Merlot cuveé with a ruby red colour. Aroma of blueberry and dark plum notes plus a complexity of spices and roasted nuts. Beautiful fruit unfolds on the palate, with a smooth body and silky texture of fine tannins.

Ideal with pasta, pizza and meat.
