On the nose, fine notes of peach and apricot can be perceived. The wine is delicate on the palate, but the wood structure gives it a nice length and a slight sharpness without the wood coming out too much. Aging 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in tonneaux wooden barrels.
This wine goes particularly well with hearty pork meat dishes, but also with bread dumplings in mushroom creamß.
