Grape variety: Pinot Noir

The vineyard is made up of 100% Pinot Noir vines aged between 10 and 15 years and grows on soil that has a subtle balance between layers of clay and layers of rocky sand.
In order to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes, the harvest is carried out early in the morning when temperatures are at their lowest.
The dry wine invites you to discover it with its light pink colour. The Pinot Noir Rosé is refined and has a real personality. On the nose it is elegant, with notes of blueberries and red fruits. On the palate it is tasty, with aromas of raspberries and strawberries.
The Loire rosé is a refreshing drop that goes perfectly with summer barbecues with friends.
