6 months in American oak barrels. The intense and complex bouquet shows many fruits such as cherry, blackberry and blueberry with a touch of new wood. Balanced, round and juicy on the palate with fine tannins.

Goes well with red meat, stews, fried rabbit, lamb and mild cheese.
