This label is on fire!

Thanks to a special ink, the label is completely black at room temperature. However, when it is heated (e.g. with a lighter), it reveals a hidden secret.
It is not necessary to heat the label too much, a slight heating is sufficient and the label becomes visible without the temperature of the wine changing. After lowering the temperature, the label returns to its original state without any after-effects and conceals its contents again.
18 months in American oak barrels.
Intense cherry-red garnet with a violet rim. Covered, deep, high robe that anticipates a great structure. High aromatic intensity on the nose with an excellent fruity expression. Great compendium of flavours that need time in the glass. Very ripe black fruits, fine and delicate spices and elegant balsamic and mineral notes. Excellent entry on the palate with creamy sensations, sweet and fine texture. A powerful, muscular wine that does not lack finesse, fleshy and enveloping with silky, polished and balanced tannins. The weight of the fruit dominates in retrospect over a slightly toasted background. Long-lasting, with a long finish full of elegance and complexity.
Goes well with stews with fatty or rocky fish. Semi-ripened or ripened aromatic cheeses. Red meats, stews or roasts with aromatic Mediterranean herbs. Gazpacho Jumillano and Iberian or smoked sausages.
