Grape variety: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah

Bright ruby-red color. Gourmet nose of red and black fruits such as blackberry, combined with a touch of liquorice and mint. Supple and round on the palate, all sweetness and delicacy. A perfect balance between freshness and silky tannins, accompanied by good volume. Same fruit notes as on the nose. The finish is long and fruity. An enticing wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with a main course. 

Perfect as an aperitif or starter, with a raw fennel salad for example, it’s an easy wine to enjoy. It also goes well with cold meats, white meats, fish, and cheeses.
