Ayrer's, Red Single Malt Whisky

AYRER's RED is an organic single malt made from special malt from Franconia, which gives the classic Nürnberger RotBier its reddish colour and velvety smooth taste. The malt wort is fermented in wooden vats and gently distilled in the small copper still. After maturing for at least 3 years in exclusively new barrels made of American white oak, the beer is filled by hand in its natural state and each individual bottle is numbered.
