Le Vie Angarano, "Quare" Veneto Cabernet IGT 2017

The Quare in Angarano are the result of growing Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The plots are cultivated in all phenological phases, so this process results in a limited but high quality production. The harvest takes place according to area under cultivation and sorted. Warm, soft, good tannic acid, optimal persistence. Notes of paprika and small berries on the nose.

Aging in wooden barrels for about 24 months; Bottle aging about 9 months.
