A wine with an elegant appearance, beautiful and bright. Straw yellow colour with some golden reflections. Fresh and complex nose, rich in creamy nuances and pronounced varietal character with very expressive white fruits, subtle hints of floral honey and citrus fruits, and notes of tropical fruits. Supple, soft on the palate, with very good structure and balance. A well-integrated natural acidity and a long finish, reminiscent of the elegant fruit that has matured well under the Mediterranean sun

Pairs well with fish, seafood, white meat, rice, pasta, cured meats. Also ideal as an aperitif
