Grape variety: Chenin Blanc

A legendary ambassador of the Loire, Chenin Blanc was planted at the foot of famous châteaux and expresses all its nobility here. It is obtained from vines grown on the clayey soils of the Cher Valley, overlaid on a thick layer of Turonian (Tuffeau) limestone. The beautiful backs of the Ligériennes allow the berries to be picked at the ideal point of ripeness.
The nose reveals aromas of white fruit, hazelnut and a touch of dryness. The mouth is characterized by spices and hints of light wood, with a nice acidic freshness and a remarkable length.

Goes well with aperitifs, fish dishes and white meat
