Explosive fruit on the nose. The ripe fruits predominate, but fresh fruits and earthy notes can be perceived. Powerful tannins on the palate but round and ripe.

Aging for 10 months in earthenware jars of 1,000 l and 500 l, then 3 months in the bottle.

A versatile wine. Goes particularly well with cheese, cold cuts, stews and red meat.
