Blanc de Noir Cabernet becomes Bright Cabernet Cortis. The rules for Blanc de Noir have been changed by the legislator in such a way that production without fining agents is virtually impossible. Gustavshof wants to keep the maximum naturalness of the wines and their wines have a natural tendency to more color.

The term "Bright" translates from English "shining" and "shining" . The shining like a lighthouse fits the Bright from the sustainability aspect very nicely. Similar to the Sinnvoll, Gustavshof produces the Bright with about 70% less Co2 release in grape production, which must be the future.

This organic wine will delight any Sauvignon Blanc fan. Intense, fruity and pleasant aroma of ripe melon. On the palate is in harmony between youthful freshness and lightness.
