Grape variety: Cabernet Cortis

Concentrated and full-bodied red wine. In the glass it presents itself with a remarkable bouquet of black currants and peppery notes. Straight, harmonious with excellent integrated tannins, fine acidity and good length, the CABERNET is simply a pleasure. Cabernet Cortis is a fungus-resistant grape variety that was crossed from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Solaris varieties at the Freiburg State Viticulture Institute. The early ripening variety is very resistant and has no problems with the common vine diseases. The grapes convince with their strength, their color content and their beautiful tannin structure. The wine has a clear Cabernet Sauvignon character, but with much more pronounced cassis notes
