The orange remains completely unsulphurized and unfiltered and is one of the distinctly natural wines. From a sensory point of view, the orange differs noticeably from normal white wines. It appears much more voluminous, due to its noticeable, ripe tannin structure, has a powerful taste and has a particularly complex fragrance. Its trademark is its orange color
