Intense ripe fruit on the nose. On the palate it shows an excellent structure, present but silky tannins and a lively acidity.

Aging for 18 months in a 1,000l and 500l earthenware jars, then 4 months in the bottle.

Goes particularly well with mature cheeses, cold cuts and steaks.
