Because the Domaine de Saint Clément is in a very touristy area, close to the beaches, the winemaker wanted to produce a very light and fruity red wine, easy to chill and drink in summer.

Its main characteristic is the low alcohol content and its fresh and easy-drinking side.

Pleasant with summer dishes, but also with grilled food.
