Intense salmon pink. Mild and fruity on the nose at the beginning, then can be perceived fine notes of aging in the 1,000l earthenware jars. Lively and very elegant on the palate thanks to fermentation and aging on the lees.

An ideal accompaniment to rice, pasta, seafood and white meat.
