Grape variety: Pinot Noir

The Pinot Noir shows typical notes of berry fruits, a slight hint of vanilla can also be smelled. In the mouth it comes across tenderly, but shows clear tannins in the finish, which give it a certain sharpness. Aged in French oak barrels.

Goes well with grilled dishes with a light roasted aroma, such as a seared fillet of beef.
