Hand-harvested. Matured for 6 months in oak barriques.

Burgundy red. Typical for the variety. Aroma of red fruits, especially raspberries. Balanced acidity, ripe tannins, good structure and long finish.

Ideal with pasta with red sauces, white meat, vegetarian dishes and cheese.
